Tanya began teaching Women’s Dance and Exercise Classes in Health Spas in Santa Fe, New Mexico when she was 20 years old. At the age of 23, she was certified as a Physical Fitness Instructor and an Aerobics Fitness Leader and taught daily aerobics classes at the International Fitness Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. At the age of 25, Tanya was promoted to service coordinator and designed circuit and non-circuit exercise programs and fitness evaluations for spa members. Non-circuit programs included pre-natal, post-natal, bad back, weight training as well as general reducing, firming and toning programs. She later taught high-impact aerobics, low-impact aerobics, stretch-and-tone, bench step aerobics, water aerobics, mat Pilates and Yogalates at Health Spas in both Santa Fe, New Mexico and Phoenix, Arizona. She received a Personal Training Certification and still enjoys training individuals with free weights, Bowflex machines, balls and rubber bands. Tanya believes that fitness and good diet are paramount to inner and outer beauty and agelessness!
